Heat Pipes were originally invented by NASA scientists for space applications and since then have found various industrial applications of heat transfer.  Wrap Around Heat Pipes have been successfully used to provide energy conservation and humidity control in tropical regions.  The upcoming talk will provide a window on technology behind heat pipes and the methods of using them for successfully in humidity control applications.

About the Speaker

Mohan Dhingra is presently the Managing Director of InviroTech Systems Sdn Bhd. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from YMCA institute of Engineering, New Delhi, India and has a MBA from Strathclyde University, UK. Mohan has 25 experience in the field of air-conditioning and specializes in humidity control, IAQ and energy conservation. His present company is involved in the manufacture of heat pipes for humidity control and energy conservation in buildings like hospitals, hotels, libraries, green buildings, production facilities for food and pharmaceutical engineering and clean rooms.
